Features
Léviathans du désert qui se forgent des cuirasses grâce à la fulgurite formée par la foudre. Ils se servent de leur squelette souple et de leur corps serpentin pour créer des gouffres de sable piégeant leurs proies. Leur gueule contient de nombreux organes sensoriels semblables à des yeux. Le mucus qu'ils sécrètent contient des bactéries lumineuses les aidant à se repérer sous le sable ou lors des tempêtes.
Hunter tips
L'intérieur de la gueule du Balahara devient très vulnérable après avoir craché du mucus. Comme il se repose sur son ouïe fine lorsqu'il se déplace sous le sable, il est particulièrement sensible aux bombes soniques et capsules sonores (obtenues en éliminant des Baunos). Il peut arriver que le grand monstre que vous chassez soit aspiré dans le gouffre de sable d'un Balahara... mais rien ne vous empêche de le suivre.
