Monster Hunter Wilds no tiene un menú de mods propio: los mods son archivos para la versión de PC en Steam que se agregan a la carpeta del juego. La mayoría funciona con REFramework, un cargador de scripts que se coloca en la carpeta del juego, o se instala con Fluffy Mod Manager; la página de Nexus Mods de cada mod indica lo que necesita.

Una Title Update puede hacer que dejen de funcionar los mods creados para una versión anterior y el propio REFramework.
