Directorio de mods

Monster Hunter Wilds no tiene un menú de mods propio: los mods son archivos para la versión de PC en Steam que se añaden a la carpeta del juego. La mayoría funciona con REFramework, un cargador de scripts que se coloca en la carpeta del juego, o se instala con Fluffy Mod Manager; la página de Nexus Mods de cada mod indica lo que necesita.

La pantalla de título muestra la versión instalada del juego, ahora Ver. 1.042.00.02. Una Title Update puede hacer que dejen de funcionar los mods creados para una versión anterior y el propio REFramework. Si el juego no arranca tras una actualización, Capcom recomienda quitar todos los mods y verificar los archivos del juego en Steam.
