Monster Hunter Wilds non ha un menu delle mod: le mod sono file per la versione PC su Steam, aggiunti alla cartella del gioco. Un Title Update può impedire il funzionamento delle mod create per una versione precedente e dello stesso REFramework. Se il gioco non si avvia dopo un aggiornamento, Capcom consiglia di rimuovere tutte le mod e di verificare i file di gioco su Steam.
